So lets say you have one of those coupons from Blockbuster that says you get a free non-new rental good Monday through Wednesday from the hours of 4-6pm.
What movie is worth such a gift?
Try Carlito’s Way. A hidden gem that I believe came out in the early 90’s. Staring Al Pacino, this film shows the gangster lifestyle from a Puerto Rican point of view.
Not really known as one of Al’s finest moments, it does carry a significant amount of weight with the help of it’s supporting cast - Sean Penn, Penelope Ann Miller, John Leguizamo, and a young "Aragorn".
Pay close attention to the soundtrack - it should have won best supporting actor.
But seriously if you need a movie to watch and aren’t sure what to waste two hours on, rent Carlito’s Way.
